Well RCBB, you did it.  You have impressed me now twice.  We have hit our fundraising goal, which is fantastic news and all of us at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay sincerely thank you for your generosity.  There is no reason to stop now though!  It looks like we may have a Burpee-off in our hands if all of these dreams keep happening.

Another challenge has been set!  This workout. Rx’d. Perfect form.  UNDER 270 sweet seconds.  If you succeed, I clearly didn’t make it hard enough.  If you don’t succeed, I figured you wouldn’t anyway I am sure you tried hard.  The WOD is very straight forward and requires a reasonable amount of muscular endurance in your shoulders.  The Pull Ups should not be an issue, but be sure to have your quads nice and flexed during the presses to make sure that they are legit!
